Refund policy

Incorrect items delivered

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:

Items marked as non-returnable on the product page
Personal use or hygiene products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Clearance or final sale items
7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we will bear the return shipping cost
For all other returns, shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 1-2 HOURS of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
